I’ve walked two worlds — one corporate and data-driven, the other intuitive and transformational.
Most people live in one world or the other.
I learned how to move between both.
For over 20 years, I built my career in marketing and administration, much of it in women’s health.
I worked inside complex systems where strategy mattered, data mattered, compliance mattered, and operational excellence was not optional. I learned how businesses function at their core. I learned how messaging influences behavior. I learned how infrastructure determines sustainability.
But I also sat with women.
Women navigating their bodies.
Women navigating their careers.
Women navigating motherhood, identity, relationships, ambition, exhaustion, reinvention.
I saw firsthand that women do not compartmentalize their lives. Their work, their health, their families, their dreams, their fears, their responsibilities, and their desires are intertwine.
That understanding shaped everything.
- The Shift -
As I began working more closely with women entrepreneurs, I noticed something familiar.
Brilliant, intuitive, heart-led women were trying to force themselves into business models that did not reflect how they were wired.
They were consuming generic marketing advice.
They were following formulas that worked for someone else.
They were questioning their own instincts when results felt inconsistent.
What they needed was not another template.
They needed someone who could see them.
Every woman is different.
Every business is different.
Every strategy must be different.
Marketing and business design are not one-size-fits-all.
A strategy that works beautifully for a high-energy, constant-output personality may feel suffocating to a deeply intuitive healer. A launch model that thrives on urgency may destabilize a woman who values steadiness and nervous system safety.
If you ignore the woman behind the business, the strategy will always feel heavy.
That is why I do not build businesses from formulas. I build them from alignment, structure, and discernment.
What Makes My Approach Different?
I am both strategic and intuitive.
I can read a P&L statement and I can read the room.
I can map a funnel and sense when a message feels off.
I can design automation and also recognize when a client needs to slow down rather than scale up.
My background in healthcare taught me precision, systems thinking, and operational clarity. My work alongside spiritual and service-based entrepreneurs taught me nuance, empathy, and energetic awareness.
